Custom Orders require at least 5 days notice with confirmation via text or email.

Custom Orders require a deposit to secure a spot on our calendar. Deposits are refundable if an order is cancelled with at least 10 days notice

Final Payment is due 7 days before scheduled meet up. Changes can NOT be made after final payment.

Our baked goods May contain: Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Tree Nuts, Peanut butter, Vanilla, Corn Starch, various colorings

Our kitchen is nOT an allergy free zone. cross contamination is always a possibility. If you Are concerned with your cookies coming in contact with Wheat, dairy, corn flour, tree nuts, peanuts, food dyes, or other allergens- please consider using a baker who specializes in 'Allergy Free' baked-goods.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Please use our Order quote form or email me at flourtowntreats@gmail.com to request a custom quote.

Q: How much are your cookies?

A: Cookies start at $40/dozen. Intricate designs, airbrushing, metallic/glitter, logos, characters, etc. will raise the price per dozen. The best way for me to quote you a price is to submit all of your desired details through an email or the Orders page.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: There is a minimum order of ONE dozen standard sized cookies. (one dozen is 12 cookies)

Q: How are the cookies packaged?

A: I want your cookies to be as fresh as possible, all cookies come heat sealed in clear, cellophane bags.

Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?

A: For custom cookies it's never too early! Some orders require hand cut details, extra layers of color and drying time or specially ordered cookie cutters. I'm happy to book weeks (or months!) in advance! I do, however, need a minimum of 5 days for custom cookie orders.

Q: Can I get 12 different designs in a set?

A: I limit the number of designs to 2 or 3 in a dozen Depending on Complexity of the design.

Q: Can you provide nut-free cookie options?

A: our Sugar cookies do not contain nut products, but we are not a nut-free facility.

Q: Can you ship?

A: We may be able to ship your treats for an additional cost. please mention this in your comments.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: I usually agree to a central meeting place for order pick up. Deliveries for weddings and other special events can be arranged.

Q: How do I pay?

A: I accept Venmo, Paypal and cash.
